Guidelines to Authors
- Papers submitted to ICETE 2023 shall contain original work by the author(s) that have not been published or submitted for publication elsewhere. The IEEE anti- plagiarism policy is applicable to all submissions. The author(s) are solely responsible for any plagiarized submission.
- All submitted papers will be first checked for similarity using a professional Plagiarism Checking Tool at the TPC desk of the Conference. For any paper to be considered for peer-review by Reviewers, its similarity score should be below 20% (excluding References and Quotes) and no individual source has more than 05% similarity. Papers with similarity index of >/= 50% will be rejected outright.
- Please note that ICETE 2023 review will be in Double Blind format, so do not include author details anywhere in the manuscript and also avoid acknowledgements. Details of the authors and acknowledgements can be incorporated while submitting the camera ready paper upon acceptance. The decision of selection of a paper will be based on several criteria including quality, novelty, language, and presentation.
Note: Authors from outside India can present their papers in online mode
Guidelines for Paper Submission
Prospective authors are invited to submit full length original research papers (Maximum of 8 pages ) which are not submitted or published or not under consideration anywhere in other conference/ Journal.
Note: An additional fee of ₹ 500 per page for Indian delegates and US$10 per page for foreign delegates will be charged for papers more than 8 pages.
